### Key Responsibilities:- Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs.
- Assist in the delivery of individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to monitor progress and adapt strategies as needed.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. , Level 2 or 3 in Childcare or Special Educational Needs).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
