We are seeking a reliable Front Desk Officer to provide cover at the front desk of a professional corporate office during periods of leave or sickness of the regular officer. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and maintain a professional and well-presented appearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answering and directing phone calls as needed
- Managing the front desk to ensure the smooth operation of office activities
- Handling basic administrative tasks such as document filing and email correspondence
- Ensuring security protocols are followed for all visitors and deliveries
Requirements:
- Must have a valid SIA licence
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Impeccable presentation with a neat, professional uniform
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Flexibility to work on short notice as a cover officer during absences and holidays
- Punctual and reliable
