Accounts Administrator

We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join the Nomix team, based at Andover, on a full-time fixed-term basis for 6 months. There may be scope for this role to become a permanent contract after 6 months, for the right candidate. Your hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00.

You will provide support to the Sales Administration and Production Teams as well as assisting with Credit Control, when needed.

Your Role

As an Accounts Administrator your role will involve:

  • Setting up new accounts in a timely manner
  • Running weekly/monthly reports
  • Supporting the sales administration team to input customer orders in an accurate and timely fashion
  • Confirming customer details and requirements, including pricing, quantity and product type
  • Resolving customer service issues in a professional and timely manner including arranging collection and return of service equipment
  • Taking responsibility for stock take administration over three stock locations on a quarterly basis, supporting the teams wherever necessary
  • Building effective relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Assisting with the Nomix Credit Control Ledger
  • Chasing and reducing outstanding debt, when needed
