Temporary Finance Administrator
I'm currently partnered with a fantastic well known Scottish charity to appoint a Finance Administrator initially for 2 months. The individual will be supporting the finance team with processing donations and general administration. This could be a great opportunity for a hard working student looking to get experience in a finance.
Responsibilities- Taking donations over the phone, adding to the system, sending acknowledgement letters
- Setting up direct debits and allocating payments
- Income processing and allocating, updating bank statements daily
- Downloading financial reports, tidying them up and uploading to the system
- Signposting queries to the correct individuals
- Ad-hoc administration
- You must be a hardworking, reliable individual
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Administration experience would be beneficial
The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
