Temporary Finance Administrator

I'm currently partnered with a fantastic well known Scottish charity to appoint a Finance Administrator initially for 2 months. The individual will be supporting the finance team with processing donations and general administration. This could be a great opportunity for a hard working student looking to get experience in a finance.

Responsibilities
  • Taking donations over the phone, adding to the system, sending acknowledgement letters
  • Setting up direct debits and allocating payments
  • Income processing and allocating, updating bank statements daily
  • Downloading financial reports, tidying them up and uploading to the system
  • Signposting queries to the correct individuals
  • Ad-hoc administration
Requirements
  • You must be a hardworking, reliable individual
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Administration experience would be beneficial

The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
