As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will:
Manage a caseload of clinical negligence claims, including complex and high-value cases.Carry out a range of work to include inquests, regulatory matters, public law issues, judicial reviews and clinical risk management.
Collaborate with NHS Resolution and healthcare organisations.
Engage in client contact, business development, and close work with an experienced partner for mentoring.
Required skills and experience:
Proven litigation experience, ideally with exposure to defendant clinical negligence work.A genuine interest in healthcare law and an understanding of client needs in the sector.
Self-motivated with a commitment to excellence.
