• Competitive Salary: Base of £27,000 with an OTE of up to £30,000.

• Conducting property viewings and providing excellent customer service.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Managing listings and updating property databases.
• Negotiating offers and handling tenancy agreements.

• A proactive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for property.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• A valid driving license.
• Previous experience in lettings
