We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Administrator to support a busy food production team in Evesham. If you're organised, confident, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is a brilliant opportunity to secure a long-term role with genuine career potential.

🍽️ Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with production supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations
• Order ingredients, packaging, and materials, and monitor delivery schedules
• Liaise with suppliers to chase outstanding orders and resolve issues
• Book in deliveries and ensure all items are correctly labelled and documented
• Maintain accurate stock records, manifests, and purchase order logs
• Support the planning and coordination of workflow in the production area
• Handle general administrative tasks including emails, paperwork, and internal reporting

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in an admin role within a production, food, or manufacturing environment
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Confident communicator, especially when liaising with suppliers
• IT literate – comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Positive attitude and a reliable team player
