Your new role

A Product Analyst is urgently required to join the Investment Systems Technology group and will be a key enabler in supporting the success of the business, working closely with key stakeholders and customers to ensure that key technology solutions are tailored to meet the specific needs of business stakeholders.

The Product Analyst will help to integrate technology solutions from the technology delivery portfolios across the business for the delivery of Investment technology solutions and services. Aligning the technology strategy, policies and standards to meet current and future requirements.

As a Product Analyst, you will provide SME expertise for systems such as Figaro, Portfolio Review and BITA Risk to ensure that the solutions operate effectively. The Product Analyst will also support and configure system functionality and provide system design, and assist with user-testing and documenting business processes and procedures.

The Product Analyst will be required to collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their strategic objectives, challenges and opportunity to identify and prioritise technology needs and solutions. They will also provide a vital support liaison and like between the team and the Investment business.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have experience gained in a similar role, ideally having worked in a Business Analysis or Product Owner capacity, and must have excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate technical and complex challenges into simple, clear updates, issues and/ or risk for senior stakeholders.

You will have the ability to translate highly technical details into a digestible format that can also aid decision-making.

You will be able to demonstrate good knowledge of technology, specifically with strong knowledge of Figaro and/ or Avaloque. Good knowledge of the Wealth Management industry is also a requirement, ideally with experience of working closely with Wealth Managers.
