Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive - Wills, Trusts Probate

I am working on an exciting opportunity for a solicitor or chartered legal executive (1-4 years PQE) to join the highly regarded private client teams of a top Legal 500 firm in Warwickshire in their Stratford upon Avon office.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a high-performing and friendly team that places quality of work, and employee well-being incredibly highly in which the successful candidate will be able to focus on their own work whilst demonstrating supervisory skills as they look to progress into a formal leadership position in the future.

A typical caseload will include:

• Making a Will & LPA
• CoP
• IHT and CGT planning
• Trust creation and administration
• Probate and estate administration

My client are looking for hardworking, organised and friendly individuals that are able to contribute positively to the fantastic working culture already at the firm. The ability to work both as a team and upon ones own initiative is also crucial.

Salary: £42000 - £48000 depending on experience
