The Role
Being at the forefront of the Property department dealing with projects ranging between £2-£20 million.This is a very exciting role for an experienced Residential and Commercial Property Solicitor who is looking to take on a diverse, challenging and entrepreneurial role in an already established company.
You will be managing start to completion on residential and commercial property transactions for development projects, personal residences and lending. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to; drafting heads of terms, sale and purchase agreements, contracts, commercial leases, licenses, planning agreements, tenancy agreements based on agreed terms.
Additionally, you will be preparing reports on title, overseeing search requests, and initiating title enquiries before finalising contracts. You will also be actively participating in meetings pertinent to project advancement and conducting site visits to assess development areas.
You also will be conducting legal work for Assure Property based in Marylebone. Assure Property is a boutique property development firm who acquires, designs, renovates and develops prime London Real Estate and recently around London and its suburbs.With a key focus on development opportunities and alternative investments.
The role is part-time/hybrid and based in the Mayfair Office with flexibility to work from home too.
About You/The Candidate- You will be a Commercial & Residential Property Solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE (there is no upper limit with experience). UK Qualified.
- You will have good management experience
- Good client care and people skills are very important
- You must be a team player and have a meticulous eye for detail
- Salary is £60,000 (pro rata) and dependant on experience
- Flexible Timings
- Part Time 3-4 days a week
- Hybrid/Work from home offering
