Job Description- Data analysis
- Scheduling and management of planned and remedial works
- Working with contractors
- Project management/ co-ordination
- Helpdesk management
- Schedule, co-ordinate and oversee regular facility inspections
- Creation of metrics data/graphs within Excel
- Engage with stakeholders
- Project Co-ordination/deputy Project Manager experience
- PPM and reactive maintenance
- Dealing with contractor's
- Good Excel knowledge
- CAFM software an advantage
- Experience with scheduling of planned maintenance and reactive works.
- £35,000- £40,000
- 4 days a week in the office
