Our Governing Body is seeking to appoint an inspirational Headteacher who can lead and deliver a high-quality education in a safe and nurturing environment.andnbsp;

Our new Headteacher will be:

An effective communicator with staff, parents/carers, and the wider community to ensure true partnership working benefits all.

Skilled in monitoring and evaluating standards of attainment, teaching, and learning and be able to create clear plans to ensure that all children reach their highest potential.

Able to lead an inclusive culture that promotes excellence, equality and high expectations of all staff and pupils

Able to fully understand the importance of providing broad and balanced opportunities that are relevant to the childrenandrsquo;s needs, now and in the future.
An outstanding and engaging primary practitioner with a track record of professional and inspirational leadership and management.

Able to make decisions and work on their own initiative whilst recognising the need to collaborate, delegate and trust colleagues to maximise effectiveness.
