We are seeking a dynamic 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team! As the primary link between clients and candidates, you will ensure successful recruitment service delivery. Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities for 360 Recruitment Consultant (not limited to):

  • Achieve sales targets aligned with company expectations.
  • Manage the full recruitment life-cycle from sourcing candidates to client management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the branch.
  • Support the Business Manager in implementing strategies to expand our presence
  • Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.

Skills:

What We’re Looking For in our 360 Recruitment Consultants:

  • Ideally, you will have previous experience in the driving recruitment sector. However, we are open to candidates with recruitment experience in other sectors who are eager to transition into driving recruitment.
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally recruitment.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building successful client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Full UK drivers licence and access to vehicle for client visits.
