Acorn House is a newly renovated 64-bed care home situated in the centre of Nottingham, providing residential and specialist dementia care. The home is currently looking to find a Receptionist (to cover Maternity Leave) to join the already fabulous team.
Pay: £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week

As the first person visitors meet when they come to our home, your role is absolutely vital and you will be expected to welcome visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
What we can offer you as our Receptionist;- £11.44 per hour
- Full-time, Temporary to cover Maternity Leave.
- 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm)
- Nottingham based; NG5 2AT
- Greet and respond to customer enquiries in a friendly and effective manner
- Make sure all electronic records are maintained
- Deal with incoming and outgoing calls to various third parties, including Doctors, Social Workers, Resident Families, etc.
- Report any maintenance issues to the Maintenance Operative accordingly
- Maintain petty case records
- Show visitors around the care home in the absence of the Manager
- Provide general administration support to the Manager as required
- Full induction & training
- Ongoing training and development opportunities
