Sales & Marketing Manager, £34k - £36k, Maternity CoverWe are working with a unique heritage venue in London who host an array of events from weddings and corporate, to fashion shows and filming We are looking for an experienced sales and marketing manager to join up the team on 12 month maternity cover, supporting in driving sales to exceed targets as well as full planning and coordination of events. The sales and marketing manager will support the head of deparment in coming up with creative ideas and promotions to market the venue and drive awareness.Responsibilites:
Responsible for achieveng and exceeding sales targets Proactively market the venue to generate new businessManage 1 event coordinator to ensure key dates are maximisedRespond to volume events from clients, agencies, and suppliersFocus on confirming multi-day, high revenue eventsAssist the Head of department with strategies and sales plansSupport in managing the sales and marketing correspondence from social media, newsletters, brochures etc.Attend tradeshows and networking events on behalf of the venue
Skills and Experience:

Previous event sales experience ideally from a unique venueExperience in supporting with marketing invcluding ditigal mediaHihg-end and large scale evnt coordination and managementKnowledge of health and safety and fire regulationsExcellent written and interpersonal communication skillsCustomer relationship managementA creative thinker Strong organisational skills and detail orientated
