Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Production Operative to join our team in Bromsgrove. This role involves working in a manufacturing environment, assisting with production tasks, and operating machinery. Previous machine operating experience is preferred.

Job OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated and reliable Production Operative to join our team in Bromsgrove. This role involves working in a manufacturing environment, assisting with production tasks, and operating machinery. Previous machine operating experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the production process to ensure efficient operations
- Operating machinery (training will be provided)
- Inspecting products for quality and ensuring standards are met
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following health and safety regulations and company procedures
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role is beneficial
- Machine operating experience preferred but not essential, as training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well within a team
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
- £11.44 per hour (paid weekly)
