This Marketing Assistant role is based in either the Plymouth or London office, offering hybrid working and the chance to join a high-performing marketing function that works collaboratively across design, buying and retail operations. About the Role:As Marketing Assistant, you'll support the wider Marketing team in delivering engaging and effective campaigns across the retail estate. You'll be involved in coordinating point-of-sale (POS) materials, managing digital displays, and ensuring key campaign communications are shared with the right store teams.
This is a varied and fast-paced role that will give you exposure to both operational and digital marketing, while allowing you to contribute ideas and take ownership of your own projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the planning, coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns to stores
- Manage internal communications including campaign packs and stakeholder updates
- Handle incoming requests and queries via the marketing inbox, ensuring timely action
- Support the digital marketing strategy through content planning and social media scheduling
- Provide teams with brand assets and guidance on usage
- Carry out administrative tasks to keep marketing operations running smoothly
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and on time

Desirable:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing or a related field
