A well-established regional law firm in West Sussex is seeking an experienced Senior Private Client Lawyer to lead its thriving Private Client Department. About the Role:
You will head a busy and successful Private Client team consisting of 12 staff, including 7 Fee Earners. The department handles a broad range of matters including:
- Wills and Estate Planning
- Probate and Estate Administration
- Trusts
- Court of Protection
In addition to managing the team, the role involves handling a personal caseload and contributing to the firm’s business development and marketing initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years PQE in Private Client law
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- STEP qualification or working towards it (highly desirable)
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
- Commercial awareness and strategic thinking
This position offers excellent career progression, with the potential to advance to Board level for the right candidate.
