Litigation Lawyer – Bognor Regis, West Sussex

Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Litigation Lawyer with at least 2 years' PQE to join a welcoming and supportive firm in Bognor Regis.

Role Requirements:

Experience:

Demonstrated expertise in managing a varied caseload, including contract disputes, contentious probate, neighbour and property disputes, professional negligence and landlord & tenant issues
Ability to work with minimal supervision, showing initiative and problem-solving skills
An interest in contributing to the growth and development of the litigation department

Skills:

Strong knowledge of civil litigation and dispute resolution processes
Proven ability to offer practical, jargon-free advice tailored to client needs
Skilled in handling County Court, tribunal, arbitration and mediation cases
