About the role
The Night Shift Team Leader at MSA Bristol will oversee a team to ensure a timely turnaround for all operations, focusing on tasks such as resource planning, inspection, repairs, and managing drivers' routes. The role emphasizes productivity, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.Key responsibilities include managing health and safety standards, staff development through training and coaching, and leadership to promote a positive work environment. The Team Leader will also handle administrative tasks, maintain communication with internal customers, and ensure compliance with operational standards.
Skills in problem-solving, prioritisation, decision-making, and teamwork are essential, along with experience in a supervisory role and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP systems.
Working hours are as followed: 5pm to5am on a rolling rota of 4 nights on / 4 days off. This includes weekends and bank holidays if the rota falls onto these days
Responsibilities:
- Well organised and systematic approach to planning activities

Qualifications:
- Experience in similar environment
- People Management / Leadership
- O'levels/ GCSE or Equivalent
