Overview*
Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team in maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning, customer service, and ideally have worked in a luxury hotel or similar setting.
*Responsibilities*- Perform general cleaning tasks to ensure all rooms and communal areas are tidy and hygienic to an incredibly high standard
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and cleaning surfaces
- Changing bed linen and making beds
- Replenishing amenities such as toiletries and towels
- Reporting any maintenance issues to the relevant department
- Adhering to health and safety standards
- General tidying for guests such as putting glassware in the dishwashers etc.
- Setting fires
- Experience in commercial cleaning is essential
- Experience in luxury service is essential
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous experience working in settings such as 5* chalets or yachts would be advantageous
