The 'must haves' for this role:- Registered nurses and allied health professionals with a keen interest in quality, safety, and governance.
- Experience in patient safety and quality systems.
- Strong communication and organisational skill
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience of patient safety and quality systems.
- Work effectively with a wide range of people within the directorate across our acute and community services as well as the Trust.
- Lead the development of quality and safety reports for regular and ad hoc meetings.
- Support improvement and quality initiatives.
- Investigate incidents, write initial incident reports, and present at the Medical Directors Panel.
- Play a vital part in preparations for CQC inspections/visits and other external accreditation visits.
- Initiate and support quality initiatives across the directorate using Trust tools and platforms.
