Mastercraft Boats UK is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper or Accounts Administrator to carry out the following tasks:

Bank reconciliations: Including GBP, USD and Euro

Supplier Accounts: Enter all supplier invoices updating stock as necessary

Reconcile supplier statements

Produce Payment List

Customer Accounts: Produce Customer Invoices

Produce statements and conduct credit control as necessary

Stock:

Stock control for: New and Used Boats

Parts
Trailers

Equipment and Clothing

Month End: Nominal Journals

VAT including Second Hand Margin Scheme

Bring the accounts to Trial Balance in order to prepare the month end management accounts

Sage projects and job costing

Experience of Sage 50 is essential to this role

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role

Hours can be flexible with the option to work from home at times, but applicants must also be available to work from the Carnforth site
