Role Overview
As a Production Operative, you will be part of a skilled assembly and production team focused on delivering quality products for the construction sector. This role involves hands-on assembly and fabrication work, including assembling aluminium housings, ensuring product integrity, and packaging finished goods.You’ll work in a structured environment with a strong focus on quality, organisation, and teamwork.
This position is open as either a temporary-to-permanent or a permanent role, with opportunities for long-term growth for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities- Assembly Work: Build and insulate aluminium housings, ensuring products are watertight and airtight.
- Fabrication Tasks: Perform tasks like folding aluminium, welding, and finishing.
- Picking and Packing: Prepare items for dispatch, ensuring correct order assembly and packaging.
- Wrapping and Strapping: Securely package finished goods for safe transit.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must:
