Care Teram Leader
Autonomy Care supports people in their day-to-day lives, helping them to enjoy the comfort and familiarity of their own homes while ensuring that their care and wellbeing needs are met, 24 hours a day.
Locations we cover: Melksham, Calne, Chippenham, Devizes, Trowbridge, Warminster, Westbury, and surrounding areas. A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is a must!

We are looking for a Female Care Team Leader who’s ready to lead by example and create a positive impact on both the lives of the people we support and the team you’ll be guiding.
What you will do as a Care Team Leader:
- Lead, Coach & Inspire: Mentor your team to deliver outstanding care
- Supportive Supervision: Carry out regular supervisions for the Support Worker team.
- Team Coverage: Step in to cover shifts and ensure smooth operations when team members are absent.
- Medication Management: Conduct medication audits and supervise staff with safe dispensing practices.
- Onboarding & Inductions: Help welcome and train new team members
- On-call Leadership: Take part in the on-call rota, including weekends, to ensure continuous support.

Team Leader Shifts:
- 40 hours per week, various shifts.
- Must be willing to work alternate weekends.
Key Skills Required:
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social CareStrong numeracy, literacy and computer skills, Broad knowledge of Learning Disabilities and other related conditions
