Job Description

The Finance Administrator will:

  • Update iTrent system with updated salaries and pension contributions
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
  • Handle daily transactions and bookkeeping
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Support the Accounting & Finance department with administrative tasks
  • Contribute to financial audits

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Administrator should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
