Job Description
The Finance Administrator will:
- Update iTrent system with updated salaries and pension contributions
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Handle daily transactions and bookkeeping
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Support the Accounting & Finance department with administrative tasks
- Contribute to financial audits
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Administrator should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
