Recruitment Consultant / Recruiter / Talent Acquisition
Recruitment Consultant / Executive Recruiter who has previous recruitment / talent acquisition experience with excellent candidate resourcing, client account management and communication skills is required to join a retained Executive Search Firm based in Weybridge, Surrey.
ALL LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE CONSIDERED
The company is a leading specialist, recruiting in the soft and agricultural commodities space. Previous industry experience would be great, but not essential. However, you will need to have recruiting / talent acquisition / candidate resourcing experience.The company will provide the commodities industry training to get you up to speed quickly.
SALARY:
- YEAR 1: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (Basic Salary) / £40,000 OTE (uncapped commission
- YEAR 2: £50,000 OTE (uncapped commission)
- YEAR 3: £80,000 OTE (uncapped commission)
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: Monday – Friday (Flexitime)
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT: Candidates MUST hold a Full UK Driving Licence with your own vehicle

The company work on a retained basis with major players globally within the commodities sector. Working as a Recruitment Consultant / Executive Recruiter you will be a proactive resourcer and eventually be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the commodity sector.
As a Recruitment Consultant / Executive Recruiter your role will be crucial in expanding the company’s presence and achieving sales targets through strategic selling and outstanding customer service.

DUTIES
Your duties as a Recruitment Consultant / Executive Recruiter will include:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions
- Work closely with the team to communicate client requirements and ensure the delivery of top-tier candidates
- Identify and secure new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients within the commodity sector
- Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to the overall growth strategies of the company
- Keep up to speed with market trends, competitive activities, and industry news to identify opportunities for expansion and innovation
- Conduct negotiations with key decision-makers, articulating the value proposition of the recruitment services
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the brand and services
- Provide regular feedback to the management team on market intelligence and customer feedback to aid in the development of service offerings
- Utilise CRM systems to manage sales pipeline and client information accurately
- Experience and a proven track record of resourcing candidates
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, preferably within the recruitment or commodity sectors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with clients at all levels
- Strategic thinker with a persuasive and confident approach to sales activities
- Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and a drive for results
- Ability to work collaboratively with recruitment consultants and other team members to achieve common goals
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel as required
