To support this work, we are now recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Partner on a 12-month fixed term basis to join our team of experts on talent acquisition and resourcing. This is a Group-wide role, meaning you'll support colleagues across the Group, but contractually you can be based in London, Manchester or York.

About the role

As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will partner and advise hiring managers across the organisation with their resourcing and talent needs, as well as planning and delivering recruitment campaigns which attract, select and welcome top talent to SMG.

You will be a strong advocate for the candidate experience and welcoming talent from a broad range of backgrounds and sectors. You will also collaborate with the wider Talent & Culture Team in the ongoing development of projects which work towards achieving SMG's strategic objectives.

About you

Joining us, you'll bring solid experience in recruitment and resourcing. You'll be able to build effective working relationships and understand the needs of the hiring manager to attract and select the strongest field of candidates first time around.

You will have a true partnering approach; able to influence, challenge and negotiate constructively. You'll be a strong advocate for ethical recruitment, growing a diverse workforce, and providing a great candidate experience.
