What you'll bring to the team:
Calling all Thrill-Seekers and Showstoppers!
Are you ready to work somewhere truly iconic? We’re looking for Guest Experience Hosts to bring energy, excitement, and unforgettable moments to our visitors at The Blackpool Tower. This is your chance to be part of a team that delivers world-class experiences every single day.
What You'll Be Doing
No two days are the same in this fast-paced, guest-focused role. You’ll be:
- Welcoming and engaging guests, setting the stage for an unforgettable visit.
- Hosting our incredible 4D Cinema Experience, where special effects bring the Tower’s history to life.
- Taking guests on a thrilling lift journey 380ft up to the Tower Eye, where they can step onto the glass SkyWalk and take in breathtaking views.
- Creating memorable moments in the world-famous Circus, helping guests experience its timeless magic.
These are seasonal, temporary, fixed term positions. Times of shifts will vary and will include late nights, early mornings, weekends and bank and school holidays. Contracts will start from March and run through to November.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- A big personality and passion for creating amazing guest experiences
- Confidence using a microphone (you’ll be the voice of The Blackpool Tower!)
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong focus on health & safety
- A love for entertainment, storytelling, and all things Blackpool!

Pay Range: Compensation between GBP £6.50/Hr.-GBP £11.44/Hr.
