Telecoms Service Advisor - Portsmouth

Shift Times: 06:00-14:00, 09:00-17:00, 11:00-19:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00

We are looking for a dedicated Telecoms Service Advisor to join our team at Queen Alexandra Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust with a highly efficient, effective, and courteous telecoms service, both over the phone and in person.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to all emergency calls and alarms, including major incidents, fire, cardiac arrest, and flat baby alarms.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, handling inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Ensure that all information is accurately recorded and available as required.
• Provide essential support in emergency situations by ensuring all communications are handled swiftly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Basic DBS Essential
• Experience in telephony is essential.
• Administrative experience with strong attention to detail.
• Competence in using Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate confidentiality and trustworthiness

This position offers a varied working schedule, including shifts during days, nights, and weekends, making flexibility a key requirement.
