We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated NQ+ qualified Solicitor to join a well-managed collegiate and proactive department. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse caseload, including:

• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties.
• Remortgages and transfers of equity.
• First-time buyer transactions.
• Advising clients on all aspects of residential property law.

What We’re Looking For:

• A recently obtained solicitor qualification (England & Wales).
• Previous experience in residential conveyancing during your training contract or post-qualification.
