Key Responsibilities:

Work as part of a crew or individually to collect and process waste from households and trade premises.
Maintain positive relationships with colleagues, managers, and the public.
Ensure consistent service quality and meet agreed targets.
Be flexible in working arrangements due to seasonal changes and new initiatives.
Complete administrative tasks as required.
Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations.
Collect and process recycling materials and prepare vehicles for unloading at the depot.

Perform depot duties, including operating baling equipment when needed.

Person Specification:

Previous experience in waste or recycling collection an advantage.

Full driving licence an advantage
Ability to communicate with the public.
Knowledge of the local area and routes.
Team player with initiative.
Clear communicator with a commitment to customer care.

Flexible approach to work and schedules.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm

Pay: From £12.18 per hour
