Production Operative
Acorn by Synergie are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to work for their busy manufacturing client on a temporary-to-permanent basis in Runcorn.

This company recognises the importance of its people and is committed to the training and development of Operators; this could include progression to permanent Operator, Technical Operator and Line Manager level roles.
Job role will include:
- Weighing out of ingredients
- Machine operating
- Completion of paperwork
- Following SOPS to ensure the product is made to strict company procedures
- Quality Checking
- Hygiene duties
- Packing
- Palletising
Requirements:
- Manual handling experience
- Health and safety awareness
- Good communication skills
- A hands-on, can-do attitude
- Previous production experience, preferably in an FMCG environment
- Previous experience of HACCP would be a distinct advantage
The company operates a rotational 3 shift pattern:
- 6am - 2pm
- 2pm - 10pm
- 10pm - 6am
- 39-hour basic working week with all breaks paid
The rate of pay:
- Between £13.47 per hour and £14.21 per hour dependant upon job role
- Overtime payable at enhanced rates from £18.74 - £28.42 per hour
