Quantity Surveyor

Caddy Group is currently seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our client's dynamic team. Our client, a prominent player in the electrical, environmental, drainage, and construction industries, is seeking a dedicated professional to support their projects and contribute to their ongoing success.

• Conducting cost analysis and estimating project budgets.
• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Evaluating and negotiating subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Managing project finances and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborating with project managers and engineers to ensure project objectives are met.
• Conducting risk assessments and implementing risk management strategies.
• Providing regular reports on project costs and financial performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
