Hays are working with an exciting organisation based in North Bristol to support with the recruitment for a permanent Solutions Architect. The role offers flexible hybrid working and is paying up to £69,500 depending on experience. You'll need to be willing to undergo security clearance as part of the role.
Your new role
Within the role, you'll design and implement IT systems that meet the business's critical needs. You'll support shaping the architecture of new workstreams and project pipelines. You'll be responsible for designing technical solutions (either stand alone or Hyper-Converged Infrastructure).
You'll work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders and act as a technical leader within the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role, you'll need to be an experienced solutions architect with a good understanding of windows server, networking and an on-premises background. You will need proven experience in high level architectural design and good knowledge of various operating systems, databases & tech solutions (including cloud).
You'll need to have strong stakeholder management skills and be able to explain complex technical elements to non-technical stakeholders. You'll need to be eligible for DV security clearance.
