SEN Tutor

Job Duties:
- Provide one-to-one tutoring for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Create individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities.
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to support students in achieving academic goals.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure holistic support for students.
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in SEN teaching or tutoring.
- Knowledge of SEN legislation and best practises in inclusive education.
- Understanding of different learning styles and strategies to support diverse needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet individual student requirements.
- Additional training in specific SEN areas such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or Dyslexia.
