We are seeking a Technical Sales and Service Supervisor to play a key role in delivering top-tier sales and service support to clients in the manufacturing and engineering industries. What You'll Do:
- Work with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

- Foster strong relationships with existing clients and distributors

The Successful Applicant
What We're Looking For:
- A background in technical sales, service management, or engineering support, preferably in the manufacturing, metalworking, or industrial sector.
- Strong leadership skills with some experience managing teams and customer relationships.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, solutions-oriented manner.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support clients and field operations.
- Can commute to Harlow on a daily basis
