5 Akhis is a family- owned award-winning business that was established in 2020 in Milton Keynes. We are now embarking on an exciting journey of expansion across the Midlands with one of the first new sites to open in Northampton at the end of October.

We 're passionate about serving delicious, high quality burgers, chicken, fries and shakes.We're looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team and help us create a fun, friendly atmosphere for our customers.
As Store Manager, you will be an essential part of our team , overseeing the total end to end operation from kitchen teams to service teams ensuring we have a fast-paced, engaged and productive team delivering excellent food and maintaining all of our food safety procedures to a high standard.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Manage full P&L
- Lead the sales and marketing plan
- Leading the team including recruitment, training and managing performance
- Managing all food safety procedures
- Manage staff rota and payroll
- Manage suppliers
- Lead community presence
- Working as part of the kitchen and service team to prepare and cook burgers, fries and other menu items according to company recipes and standards, serve customers etc.
We are looking for people who have the ability to work well in a fast- paced, high energy and fun team environment who are willing to learn and be flexible. This is a hands-on role and would suit someone with high drive, flexibility and passion for excellent food and service in a busy environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends as needed.

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Kitchen experience: 3 years (required)
