We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our thriving community. Our DWP Digital teams are building, maintaining and improving public services used by millions of people.

You'll be working with our Data & Analytics team to support DWP's operational, analytical and reporting needs, as well as improving citizen outcomes and data quality and Security.

We're a multi-disciplinary team (Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Developers etc), using agile methodologies. You will build strong and sound relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders and make sure good Business Analysis and insight is at the heart of the work we do.

You'll lead workshops, interviews, focus groups and utilise other techniques to effectively translate research data into detailed requirements to help deliver value and great outcomes for our users.

A key part of your role will be to work collaboratively with our Product Owners to agree roadmap priorities, feed into delivery plans, new features and products as well as contributing towards prioritisation activities.

You'll have lots opportunity to develop and improve your knowledge of Business Analysis and Agile principles. And you'll also have chance to coach, lead and mentor others.

Location: This role can be based in Birmingham, Blackpool, Leeds, Manchester Newcastle or Sheffield. You'll join us in whichever of our digital hubs is most convenient for you.
