About Our Client

This is a great opportunity to join a large healthcare organisation on a hybrid and flexible basis. The organisation is based in Halifax and is known for its commitment to providing an excellent level of service to the community.

• Lead and manage the HR department, ensuring delivery of efficient and effective HR services
• Manage complex casework
• Support HR team in ER.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Assess and anticipate HR-related needs, developing integrated solutions
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

• Proven working experience in HR management or other HR senior roles
• Excellent knowledge of employee relations.
• Healthcare or public sector background would be ideal but not essential.
• Proficient understanding of labour law and HR best practices
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Ability to start in the next few weeks.

• A competitive salary range between £50,000 - £60,000 DOE.
