About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of the largest and most reputable Family Law team in the county. Our client is considering candidates with a range of experience levels, ideally from 1 year PQE up to Senior Associate level.
The successful candidate will be competent in managing their own caseload independently, taking matters from initial instruction through to successful conclusion. For more senior applicants, there will be opportunities to provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Responsibilities will include handling a diverse range of Family Law matters, such as:
- Divorce proceedings
- Resolution of property and financial disputes upon separation
- Matters relating to children
- Trusts of Land Act TOLATA claims
- Drafting and advising on pre-nuptial, post-nuptial, and cohabitation agreements
- Non-molestation order applications

- Qualified Family Law Solicitor ideally 1 year PQE to Senior Associate level.

- Strong technical knowledge across a range of Family Law matters.

- For senior candidates Experience or a willingness to mentor junior team members.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to your work.
