Clinical Operations Manager

Your main duties and responsibilities will be the overall performance (including capacity and performance management) of the services and key functions the role is responsible for.

• - Be required to develop, and continually review, the operational structures and support the development of the clinical structures with a key focus on 'Ward to Board'.
• Lead changes within the services:- including engagement with service users/carers, those in the services and stakeholders including both statutory and third sector, leading and supporting management of change and leading the development of service improvements.
• Lead on the development, roll out and review of Local Working Instructions
• Maintain oversight and accountability of local risks and for the development and escalation of service risks.
• Carrying out HR investigations, identifying and responding to concerns around unsafe practice and misconduct as well as support the wellbeing of colleagues from within the services in line with policy and procedure.
• Deputise for the Head of Operations when required
• Manage the service budgets and support financial planning
• Working alongside providers, partners, provide collaboratives and the ICBs
