JOB TITLE: Security Supervisor
LOCATION: New Square Shopping Centre
SHIFT PATTERN: 6 on 3 off, 56 hours per week
ABM delivers these custom facility solutions to properties across a wide range of industries – from commercial office buildings to schools, airports, hospitals, data centres, manufacturing plants and distribution centres, entertainment venues and more.

PAY RATE: £12.07 per hour
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
This is a permanent contract. Both SIA and CCTV license required. New Square is an
outdoor Shopping centre housing over 42 retail units, Pubs, Restaurants and a Odeon
cinema. We are looking to appoint a proactive Security Supervisor to maintain a safe
and secure shopping environment for customers and staff.
Person Specification:
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently in absence of the Security
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Team leading experience with the over seeing the day to day running of the security
- To ensure that all security personnel understand the scope of their individual roles
- Excellent time management
- Smart, well-groomed, and confident
- Conflict Management aware
- High level of customer care awareness
- Telephone skills
- SIA Door Supervisor/Security Guard license
- SIA CCTV license Essentia
