Site Manager role:

• This contract position (approx. 12 months) requires a Site Manager to lead the site team, ensuring safe and efficient project execution while meeting HSQE, program, and budget requirements, reporting directly to the Senior Site Manager.

Site Manager responsibilities:

• Manage, supervise and mentor the site team as appropriate.
• Manage, supervise and mentor the site team as appropriate.
• Adopt, maintain and promote cost conscious management through efficient use of all resources.
• Develop, review, and maintain project schedules. Ensure all method statements and risk assessments are prepared, reviewed, communicated to the team, and updated as necessary.
• Promptly submit all 'as-constructed' records to the CDMC for inclusion in the Health and Safety File upon project completion.
• Participate in all required training related to Site Management duties, including Appointed Person, Temporary Works, and other relevant courses.

Site Manager requirements:

• First Aid
• CSCS Site Manager/Supervisor
• SMSTS

• Temporary works coordinator
• Lifting Appointed person
• EUSR SHEA Water
• Experience in the Water/Wastewater Treatment Industry
