Overview:
The Sales Supervior is responsible for achieving personal and store sales goals, coaching and leading theteam to deliver elevated Customer Experience, both in store and virtually, and handling daily challenges
with Speed, Energy and Optimism.
Responsibilities:
Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to: People
- Inspire, lead and coach the store team to create a culture of performance delivery and
- Support the Management Team in training and developing the store team as well as onboarding
