• £28,000 Our longstanding client, with an excellent working environment, is looking to take on a new Accounts Assistant on a part time basis whos AAT qualified.

Experience of usine Xero is benefitial.Can demonstrate a basic understanding of accounting practicesIs comfortable using MS Office, especially Excel, and generally computer-literateHas excellent attention to detail and accuracy in their workShows good communication skills, with a good team spirit In this role, the Accounts Assistant is responsible for: Inputting data accurately to the system and maintaining recordsProcessing invoices, payments and expenses with excellent accuracyApplying knowledge gained during the AAT Level 2 study to proactively complete the qualificationCarrying out bank reconciliationsAssisting in month-end reporting and payroll functionsCarrying out administrative duties as required, from room bookings, to office facilities as support to the Executive Assistant This is a permanent, part-time role based on 15-20 hours per week, with a pay rate of up to 28,000 pro rata, plus benefits.
