We offer beef and lamb products ranging from retail ready cuts for butchers’ counters to branded packaged meat, all as part of our service; raised on open pastures, sourced from local farmers and hand-selected by our master butchers, we produce beef and lamb products with integrity and unmatched quality assurance.

Working hours:

Monday to Wednesday - 8am - 5pm

Thursday & Friday - 8:30am - 5:30pm

Requirements

Role Purpose :

Working as part of the Shipping Office administration team in the factory, undertaking all duties as directed by the Shipping Office Manager. The role involves you being an integral part of the team. The role requires you to take responsibility for your work, ensuring accurate of recording and sharing information.

  • Completing export paperwork to support export controller
  • Booking in and confirming incoming deliveries
  • De-hiring crates
  • Recording all outgoing despatches
  • Recording frozen team control document
  • Inputting and sharing KPI's
  • Setting up orders to customers on internal system
  • Sharing reports returns
  • Sharing daily reports with intakes team
  • Monitoring all customer returns
  • Setting up daily transfers to external cold store
  • Health & Safety - act in responsible manner following all safety regulations
