A Permanent Adult Social Care Lawyer is required to join a local authority based in Home Counties on a full time, hybrid working basis.
As an Adult Social Care Lawyer, you will be required to undertake the following duties;- Court of protection matters
- Deprivation of Liberty
- Policy related work
- Mental Health matters
- Competitive salary with incremental rises each year* until the top of the salary grade is reached.
- Nationally agreed cost of living awards.
- Minimum of 26 days' annual leave, rising to 31 days after five years' local government service. This is exclusive of bank holidays.
