Client service call agent

• Hourly rate: £13 - £14
• Temporary contract: 3 months
• Start Date: ASAP Next week
• Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday- Friday 9am-5:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Track and monitor each stage of the appointment booking process, keeping Finplan/Bluecoat records up to date.
• Liaise with clients, mortgage brokers, and protection advisers, ensuring timely communication with all clients.
• Organise diaries and engage with clients to schedule meetings, setting up appointments and following up when necessary.
• Provide personalised responses to clients via phone and email.
• Meet or exceed productivity targets for call numbers and appointment bookings as set by management.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, where excellent communication skills were essential.
• A confident and friendly phone manner, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Familiarity with working in a corporate environment and understanding the expectations of clients in this setting.
