We are looking for an individual with extensive experience recruiting into the Construction Trades market to take our existing business and develop it further to become the number one provider of Construction professionals across the west midlands.This is a growth opportunity and as such we are looking for someone who is willing to come into the business to help grow out the Birmingham Market.
This role would suit a Senior Consultant who is an aspiring MC looking for more autonomy and responsibility and with a hands on manager who wants to see his team succeed; you really will be supported by the best in the business.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing key business relationships with new clients, generating client meetings and new opportunities
- Candidate attraction
- Lead generation and conversion
- Managing opportunities, placing candidates and fee negotiation
- Maximising revenue
- Providing professional and consultative advise to clients and candidates
- You will be part of this incredibly successful division within Search Consultancy, a major player in this market.
- Strong existing client relationships across national and local agreements
